As the Owner of Sherriff Constructions, Ryan will meet with you for an initial, no-obligation chat to discuss build requirements as well as walk you through the step-by-step process of the stages of the build so that you can make an informed choice and communicate any of your needs and requirements.
Once you give us the go-ahead, Ryan will involve other members of the Sherriff Constructions team as necessary but will always maintain regular contact with you to ensure that personal service and clear communication is maintained throughout every stage of the build.
Tony Sherriff
Tony is Sherriff Constructions on-site OHS Supervisor. His main role is to control any health and safety risks associated with building your home and ensure the health and safety of all Sherriff Constructions team members, contractors and visitors to the building site.
Martin Round
Martin joined Sherriff Constructions as an apprentice and is now our Site Supervisor. His problem-solving skills, attention to detail and excellent communication skills ensures he is able to manage multiple sites, maintain build times and liaise between contractors, trades and you, as the client, to ensure a smooth build without any compromise on quality.
Ed Steenbergen
Ed is Sherriff Constructions Estimator and works together with the designers, trades, suppliers and clients to achieve the desired budget and requirements. Ed will provide you with a detailed specification in accordance with your plans, engineering requirements and design selections. Once the required building permits have been obtained, Ed will schedule your build and provide you with a comprehensive guide to your milestone dates such as; slab, frame and lock-up, as well as your expected invoice dates and will also provide you with the all-important estimated date of completion.
Justin Rogers
Justin has been Sherriff Constructions Finance Manager for the past four years. He works closely with Ryan and Ed as well as with our suppliers to handle everything financial. Justin will also liaise with you when it comes time to finalise stage payments as well as the final invoice.
