Cloud House represents a distinguished project characterised by abundant natural light and an inviting atmosphere. Its exterior boasts an impressive skillion roof, accentuated by strategically positioned highlight windows that guide the northern sunlight into the interior. The skillion roof design affords generous ceiling heights that span seamlessly from the entryway to the kitchen and dining areas. The interplay of this distinctive form, coupled with the refined application of Accoya timber and either carbon-neutral Krause Bricks or raw Barestone Cladding, leaves a lasting and visually captivating first impression. The presence of highlight and façade windows further enhances the sense of transparency, permeating the core of the house.

Recognising the clients' value of spending quality time together as a family in their living and outdoor spaces, Cloud House's open-plan layout prioritises the kitchen, dining, and living areas, which serve as the vital connections between the entry and the outdoor environment. By meticulously crafting a light-filled, coastal-inspired heart of the home, highlighted by soaring raked ceilings and highlight windows, we aspire to create a space that emanates both grandeur and comfort. The choice of a light coastal timber laminate beautifully offsets the neutral cabinetry throughout the residence, while the thoughtful integration of VJ panelling enhances the coastal ambiance. In harmony with the home's form, the interior selections exemplify a modest yet deliberate addition, seamlessly complementing the overall aesthetic.
